I’ve been working with Mark for roughly 10 years. When I originally came to his practice, my back was in extremely bad shape from years of office sitting and posture neglect. He led me down a methodical path of unwinding a lot of old injuries and poor adaptations. After that work, I felt so much better and have continued regular maintenance visits that have been crucial in keeping my back flexible and healthy as I’ve aged. Can’t say enough about how much working with Mark has improved my functional life.
Highly recommend!! Since 2013 Dr. Mark has been my go to for maintenance & upkeep. Always knowledgeable and professional, keeps me aligned after travel, the inevitable trail injuries, and life with a big lab. ? Love his stretching recommendations to also take care of myself at home. Very thoughtful and kind.
I've been going to Dr. Mark for 2 years now and am very happy with my experience! Dr. Mark uses CBP along with his adjustments to help correct my spinal issues and relieve what was an almost constant pain when I started.
