I cannot recommend James and Tara highly enough. As someone exploring acupuncture and cupping for the very first time, I was a little nervous and skeptical I would be able to find relief. Acupuncturist James Whittle has been treating my bone on bone knee for the past 5 weeks. I had been experiencing low grade chronic pain for the past year. I visited an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed osteoarthritis in both knees but the pain was experienced mostly in my left knee. I had quit playing pickleball and long walks over steep inclines and declines. I discussed possible knee replacement but want to find less invasive treatments. James is my favorite acupuncturist! He even went above and beyond by doing research on acupuncturists in Prague for me before I traveled there for a multi-month visit. He truly seems to care about client well-being.
