James Whittle helped me overcome a chronic shoulder problem. I was an acupuncture novice...had been to an MD and through a course of PT. I believe the treatment plan he designed promoted healing that helped my body repair what had been a very painful situation. I would not hesitate to tell anyone, experienced with acupuncture or not, that Blue Ridge is excellent and they should definitely try it.
James helped me work through several issues over a 6 month period that I was unable to find resolution with traditional Western medicine. He understood immediately the problems I described and how to move forward. He sought my feedback, was engaged and always encouraging. He thoroughly explained his practice and philosophy to answer my questions. Additionally he demonstrates his thorough knowledge of acupuncture by his extensive training, experience and personal confidence. I highly recommend James!
