I cannot recommend James and Tara highly enough. As someone exploring acupuncture and cupping for the very first time, I was a little nervous and skeptical I would be able to find relief. Acupuncturist James Whittle has been treating my bone on bone knee for the past 5 weeks. I had been experiencing low grade chronic pain for the past year. I visited an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed osteoarthritis in both knees but the pain was experienced mostly in my left knee. I had quit playing pickleball and long walks over steep inclines and declines. I discussed possible knee replacement but want to find less invasive treatments.
