My favorite place to get a massage in Asheville! Shea is a phenomenal body worker, and very genuine person. The space is always cosy, clean, and well decorated. So glad she was recommended to me! Sometimes offers membership /or bundles packages to help you keep yourself taken care of ?
I am blown away by Shea! I had my first (and definitely not last) massage from her last weekend and I texted a friend after and told her “Shea is transformative.” Once I dropped into my body and relaxed, so much healing happened for me. I have never had such an amazing experience with any other massage therapist. I can’t wait to book another appointment again this winter.
I have had the gift of receiving thai and sweedish massages from Shea for many years now. Each and every massage has been deeply healing for me because of Shea's intuitive and skillful approach. I always feel that Shea tunes in to what my body needs and offers such clear presence during the session. Having the option to receive hot towels, aromatherapy, cups, and rosemary oil scalp massage take the experience to an entirely new level of deep relaxation and pure bliss.
