Very Helpful and professional

I broke a tooth and they got me in. I have to say I hate dentist which goes back to child hood but everyone from the receptionist to the doctor but me at easy. And they worked with my insurance.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 6 years but the hygienist made me feel so comfortable and was very patient and kind with me. staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Every time I went for a cleaning my teeth never felt clean. I go to a new dentist and it’s like night and day. I feel like the staff is lazy and didn’t really want to be there. It has a clinic feel to it, definitely quantity over quality. Proceeded with caution if thinking about going there.

My husband Anthony Raphael enjoyed his experience there. Wish it didn't have to end.. he wished he could of stayed longer.

They took such good care of me I could have taken a nap. That’s how comfortable and stress free the procedure was.

The entire staff is professional, caring, and down to earth.

My dentist is absolutely fabulous at Biltmore family dentist!!
