I paid $1,500 dollars for a removal of a tattoo the size of a dime. Their price is outrageously expensive, other companies are much more affordable and do a much better job. It left me with a deep wound as well as a blister which is now a permanent, hypo pigmented scar. It took more than six months to heal. The company still will not acknowledge that they burned my skin and continue to tell me it was my fault. My skin did not heal for 6 months, it is NOT because I didn't wait 6 weeks for a treatment to heal as the company says. I actually waited 6 months for a treatment to heal because they had severely burned my skin. This is the first time I have heard from the company, I requested a refund years ago and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they did not respond. They are no longer accredited with BBB. They never took ownership or acknowledged their mistake, nor did they ever apologize. I moved on to a business that only does tattoo removals (without any burns - and they have amazing customer service). I am very, very disappointed with Belle Mia's handling of this situation. No understanding or resolution was ever demonstrated. They are pretending nothing ever happened. Again, I cannot respond to their useless comment - please go elsewhere, they are untrustworthy and don’t take accountability.

Lisa is truly the most knowledgeable injector in Asheville--even area plastics surgeons agree. She listens to her patients, and has a calm and compassionate demeanor that makes her a joy to be around. Can't recommend her enough.

I have been there 4 times now. Each time was a pleasant enjoyable experience. Everything is spotless. The staff are professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. They are the sweetest people in the world. I highly recommend them. You won't regret it. Thank you ladies! And yes I'm going to have to find an excuse to go back.

Seriously the best around hands down! I am a skin therapist who owns a skin care clinic in Cashiers, NC. I have been in the spa business for 20 years. My experience spans from director of luxury and boutique spas, to working as a skin therapist for plastic surgeons, and celebrity facials on movie sets. I could not be more impressed with the level of skill and professionalism exhibited by Lisa and her amazing crew at Belle Mia. Not only have I been a faithful follower of theirs for 6 years and counting, but they are the ONLY PLACE I wholeheartedly trust and recommend to my clients for advanced/medical skin therapies and injections. In turn, I am always so happy and proud to hear how pleased the clients I refer to them are as well. Like me, they DRIVE FROM 1.5 hours away y’all! These ladies are experts in their craft and honestly just lovely and fantastic humans to be around.. I’m 44 years old. Here is a week and a half post VI Peel photo from December. Mascara only. I've been coming here for over a year based on a recommendation from a friend and have now referred multiple people here as well. Everyone is extremely friendly, you get to acquire Aspire points that saves you money, never had any crazy side effects, they allow a two week follow up free of charge just to make sure everything's OK. just make an appt!
