I was having some hip pain and someone recommended I should go to Asheville Medical Massage and book with David. It was and still is an amazing experience, he is so intuitive and talented, he listens to your body and work with it to overcome pain and injury. Highly recommend. I thought I was never going to be back to working out as I used to before the pain started, after 2-3 sessions the pain is gone and now working out is possible again. Ten out of ten! Everyone is super friendly and the studio is clean and beautiful!
