AMAZING! I had a tooth I broke. They got me in the same day I called. I was only there 22 minutes and walked out with a fixed tooth. No pain. I cannot say enough good things about Callan White and his team. They are absolutely TOPS! Best dentists I have EVER had! So grateful to them.

Dr. White worked quickly and efficiently to repair my chipped tooth. The result is perfect. Jamie, the dental assistant, worked seamlessly, in tandem with Dr White, to make the experience as painless and effective as possible. Jamie also gave me an up-front explanation of the charges I would incur after insurance coverage.

My husband and children have been patients for over two years. All three went for a cleaning today and my 14 year old son was denied care. He was in a tragic mountain biking accident 8 weeks ago. He was airlifted to UT Medical for treatment. He was treated for traumatic brain injury and multiple facial injuries, one injury was a mandibular labial frenum. He had over 30 stitches in his mouth to reattach his lower lip. Last week we went for another follow up with Mission Children Hospital and we were told to avoid any radiation ( unless it was an emergency) due to the fact that he had received so much throughout this experience.
When my husband told the dentist this, my son was denied care. They refused to clean his teeth because he wouldn't allow him to get the x-ray at their office. He had an x-ray at his orthodontist two weeks after the accident. My daughter had her x-rays with no problem. When I called to speak to the dentist about the lack of care, she told me that I should be handling his brain and jaw structure issues before I worried about his teeth. We have literally been to hell and back getting the best treatment for our son. I was told that no care is better than "substandard care" which is what they would be giving without the x-ray. I thought my son was incredibly brave to go and get his teeth cleaned after having 30+ stitches in his mouth just 8 short weeks ago.
I am a patient at Parkview Dental and have always received 5 star care. I will be moving my entire family to their office. I have never been so disappointed with any medical professional as I have with Asheville Family Dentistry. Doctors take an oath to "Do No Harm" but they asked us to go against our Neurologist recommendation and when we explained, they refused to even clean his teeth.

Great experience here. Had not been to the dentist in 15 years because I just hate going to the dentist. However Dr. White and the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I no longer dread going to the dentist.
