This is my second yearly visit and the second time waiting more than 45 minutes to get in to see at a doctor after making an appointment. The tech does exam, back to waiting room (more waiting), then the Dr does her exam. Why? I'm gone.

I have never come to this place and not waited for a significant amount of time. My appointment today was at 7:30am and I’m still sitting in a room, waiting for a doctor at 8:10. How can I have the first appointment and still be waiting? If it weren’t for the convenience of having multiple doctors available when acute issues arise, I would find a new office for my vision needs.

There are undoubtedly better eye doctors. These people love talking amongst themselves -serving patients on a timely basis is simply not in their playbook. I was waiting for the doctor for more than 20 minutes (30 minutes after being dilated) - being told she was with an patient. Turns out she was talking to another person who works at the office.
