I can't say enough positive things about this location in Arden NC. I had a horrible experience at Pisgah Vision in Brevard NC. The associate behind the counter threw a paper at me after being scolded for screwing up and the lady in their eyeglass center was picking her nose and answering the phone while I was trying to select frames. So I ended up taking my prescription (which ironically was also very incorrect even after two visits to the Pisgah location) to MrEyeDr in Arden. Trinity was wonderful to work with and so helpful in helping me select frames and working to assist me in every way. This was my 1st visit and it was excellent! The whole experience from the receptionist, doctor, and people helping me choose my glasses and produces were amazing. They listened to my concerns and needs, were patient, friendly, knowledgable, professional, and very helpful. I highly reccommend MyEyeDr and look forward to my next visit.

It was my first time there and everyone is great. Dr.Sean, Susan, Randy, Trinity and the ladies at the front desk, that I didn't get the names of, were all very nice and welcoming!! All around a great visit.
