Great experience with Apex Pest Control. I thought I had gotten bedbugs. Tom did a very thorough inspection and found that I didn’t. Just in case, he gave me some traps that would catch them if there were any (turned out there weren’t). No charge for any of this. And he arrived when he said he would. Yes, I’m happy I didn’t have bedbugs, though I’m also happy with how Tom approached this.

Our technician Mike is THE BEST. Today he finished yet took the time to go back down to some tiny pothole looking indentations and let me know they stay underground and don't invade homes. He also gave me helpful information about termites that every homeowner near woods like ours would benefit from knowing. I highly recommend Mike for all of Asheville and especially Kenilworth with our woods!

Apex goes above and beyond. Corey came to examine my home for termites and to do a general pest control. Termites were not found, but as I listened to Corey's explanation of protecting my home from termites, I felt it was the sensible decision to make. While in the crawl space, mold was found and I decided to also have the vents and moisture control done. None of this was my intention for today and absolutely no pressure from Corey, but I feel good about preventing any future problems with termites and mold.
