Been going to the south location for over 2 years for my and the quality of vets has declined severely. Saw a new vet, Dr. Kuhn, today since the entire office had turned over since our last visit. He was unbelievably dismissive and rude. Didn't introduce himself, didn't ask what issues she had, didn't know she was there for her annual exam/vaccines. AFTER examining her, he also referred to her as "he" repeatedly. He never relayed the results of any tests, and had a tech being in an eye drop without explanation. Absolutely zero customer service or caring manner. Will not be retuning.
