I love the streamlining of checkin and in the exam room all your concerns are taken and then Dr reviews before they enter the room and are ready to see your pet and speak with you about your concerns #loveAHNA
We were new and an emergency situation. Andrea at the front desk was amazing! She kept on our local vet and got things done. We saw Dr Rodriguez and she was great - and she followed up a couple days later as well.
We had our first visit yesterday with a very sick cat. Dr. Lauer, Alexis, and other staff were efficient, attentive, kind, professional, and compassionate. They took all the time we needed to answer questions that we had. We received a follow up call today to check on our cat and to be sure we had what we needed. Thank you AHNA!
