We were new and an emergency situation. Andrea at the front desk was amazing! She kept on our local vet and got things done. We saw Dr Rodriguez and she was great - and she followed up a couple days later as well.

We had our first visit yesterday with a very sick cat. Dr. Lauer, Alexis, and other staff were efficient, attentive, kind, professional, and compassionate. They took all the time we needed to answer questions that we had. We received a follow up call today to check on our cat and to be sure we had what we needed. Thank you AHNA!

I go here for all my animals, even my parents took our pets here! They put amazing care and effort into making your pet as comfortable as possible. They also offer services that can otherwise be hard to find, such as dental, cancer treatment, and exotic pet care! They've even told me they are able to call in speciality vets from out of state if it's necessary! Love this place and plan on going here for years to come!

Dr. Wooten is Willow's vet. Willow is a 13 yearold long haired grey cat. He is our baby. She takes the best care of him and reminds us of the 6 mo check up he needs to make sure his digestive system/pancreas is doing well. His last bloodwork was perfect! Gene and I just love her!

Unaccommodating to people with night shift schedules that get caught in traffic and construction
Thank you for the generic response. I called with plenty of notice for the operators the adjust (an hour). The variability of construction in the area is not worth potentially wasting gas again knowing that, no matter what, you won't accommodate. I've already moved to a new vet. They're more expensive but I'm not dealing with you. So I'll take my mental health over an attempt at loyalty to your clinic.
