AC Williams installed four replacement radiators in our 100 year old house.
They were very efficient and very pleasant to work with. It's a family business and the son and daughter were helping on installation day.
I have heard they are one of only two companies in this area who install radiators and service boilers, so the wait was pretty long. We were booked for a couple months before they could get to us.
All in, it cost around $8,000 to have some of our busted old cast iron baseboard radiators removed and four standing replacement radiators installed in two rooms. The workers were very efficient, removing the baseboard radiators one day and installing the replacement radiators in about another half day, a month or so later. The system has been working great for the past month and a half since they finished the job. They really got to us in the nick of time!
I only wish they could have cleaned up the radiators before installing them, as the rust and flaking paint makes a mess and we're not really sure what to do about it.

I had a wonderful experience with Dale, who modified an existing gas line to accommodate our new range and oven. After almost giving up on the range, we were provided a recommendation for AC Williams through Haywood Appliances. Dale modified the gas line, connected the range, and checked each burner and the oven to ensure it was in working order. The cost was terrific as only a diagnostic fee and a nominal parts fee was charged. From scheduling to the visit, the process was easy!

I have been an A.C. Williams customer since 2016. I always had the best experience with Jackie - who serviced my boiler for years. Jackie no longer works there and he is missed. First off, my appointment for boiler servicing was with the owner who did a complete no show. No call. No nothing. No show. I called back and rescheduled my own appointment. The owner's son came instead. While he did service the boiler, he was unable to address an issue I was having with a radiator valve that had been replaced earlier by A.C. Williams (I had mentioned this issue on the phone when I made my appointment). He said he'd have to ask his dad. I explained multiple times what the issue was. I even made audio recordings of the noise that was being made. He said he would get back to me and that his dad could answer. No one ever called me back. I called the office multiple times and left messages and no one ever responded or called me back. I spent $300. I hope you don't. I hope I've saved you from spending a dime with this company.

I have used AC Williams Plumbing for close to 30 years and have had very good results. We bought an older house with numerous plumbing problems. AC Williams resolved all of those and then helped us with many additions and renovations through the years. They have provided good service all along. They're helpful, effective and provide very good value.

Our boiler stopped firing suddenly a on a sunday evening and we had frigid cold weather coming, like lows in the single digits. Our home would be uninhabitable. I called like 7 places in the area and apparently no one works on boilers anymore. Finally on the 8th call I found AC williams. They were able to squeeze me in that same day. I believe the tech's name was Dale, and he got here, diagnosed it immediately, and went to work to cleaning out the boiler. It was a mess in there, as he did that he discovered several other issues(its a 30 yr old boiler, which I and the previous owner, neglected to maintain) and fixed them all. Within a few hours he had it up and running again.Then unfortunately, that evening we heard it struggling to run again, It stayed on and kept heating, but it was rumbling. Dale came out again, about 30 minutes after I talked with them, figured out the issue, fixed it, free of charge, and now it's been running solid ever since.This place is definitely my go to now for any boiler issues in the future.Unfortunately, they do not come cheap(160/hr labor), but i guess when you're the only show in town you get to set your rate. But I'd definitely recommend them and hire them again. Especially after they came back the next day free of charge to get it right.

We had a bathroom remodel done in 6 months later every time we took a shower it would leak into the basement. We quit using the shower and used our other one then we had a frozen spigot outside and a leaky shower diverter that needed some attention so we called AC Williams.Garrett came out and took care of our problems it's great to be back in the shower again!Thanks garrett!!
