“Thomas family giving a real raw review. January 2025 we decided do sell our home and builded our forever home. When we first came to custom modules I really appreciate that they don’t come out and harass you they are not walking with you to each home, they will let you look on your own. (You don’t feel like your at a car lot where someone is immediately walking up to you and trying to pressure you) Tonya is welcoming she has been the best, she has helped us along the way by answering any questions we had (she really did go out of her way to help me understand everything little detail on the worksheet paper). We had a home picked out and almost ready to make every little detail finalized and last minute we decided to go with a different home. She never once got upset cause we changed our minds. She wanted us to get everything we wanted in a house and more. November 2025 we brake ground, Jon our property manager (not sure of his title) he over seen our property from the first day to the end. It has been a pleasure working with Jon. You can tell he really try’s his hardest to make sure everything is done correctly and a timely matter. We came in contact we Crystal the general manager she works on the back end she also answered any questions we had, anytime we had questions she would answer. Crystal did her best to save us as much money much appreciated by that (cause we know building a house is not cheap). Everyone we have came in contact with has been very professional they really do care and take their time to go over each process. When building your home it’s very important for a home owner do their own research even if custom modules is their each step of the way. We definitely learned a lot from this whole process. We are extremely excited to move into our forever home and make memories. Thank you again North Carolina Custom Module STAFF!!!
