We were leery to go with new construction because we were moving from Pennsylvania and would not being able to watch the process let alone knew nobody from the area. We found our property (after driving 4000 miles around beautify NC) and drove to North Carolina Custom Modulars to see what they were all about. We found Tonya, Crystal, and the team by chance. We had no idea what custom modulars could offer. The staff were all very friendly, greeting us with smiles and such a great energy. We toured all of the models on site and fell in love with our dream home!! THANKS EVERYONE!! We had a timeline of 2 years and then Covid happened. Despite all of the challenges during this time for everyone in America, the team at North Carolina Custom Modulars persevered and worked endlessly to make our dream a reality. They also had different people that they highly recommended and were so helpful throughout the process like the well, septic, and driveway. From start to finish the entire team was supportive of our needs and put the focus on us to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. Every question was answered, pictures were shared throughout all processes, and they went out of their way for us on multiple occasions.
