Austin and Kenyon were very nice, on time and were very thorough. I felt like Austin -the main cleaner went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and why he did it. Definitely would recommend them again!

Carolina Ductmasters reached out to me very promptly upon my request for service and maintained communication while planning and rescheduling my service date. Both of the representatives that came to clean our ducts were professional, informative, and thorough. In addition to helping clean the fur that had accumulated around the area from my four pets, they also pointed out another service they could assist us with in the future. As a first time home owner, I’m grateful for their attention to detail and guidance in areas of home maintenance that I was previously unaware of.

Had my air duct system cleaned and sanitized Dwight and the young man Cody was super respectful and kind and their knowledge was impressive any question I asked they had an answer for will definitely be using this company again and will request these two amazing people again ! Best service I’ve had in awhile
