We have been going to bright vet now for a few years and our pets have put us through it. Unfortunately both of our pets have been diagnosed with cancer within a year. Dr. Robert’s and her team are kind caring and fantastic. She was able to help us identify the cancers early and when they were still very curable. We have had to go to a few specialist recently and when she gets the reports, she will call right away to help discuss questions and treatment ideas. Also our dog doesn’t want to leave. She loves it there (specifically for the cheese). 10/10 would recommend her.
I have a kitty that has somewhat of a mystery problem right now. As my old vet was just too far for her and the amount of stress travel/vet put on her we decided to emphasize somewhere that focuses on comfort. This place is very welcoming and they got her in a room immediately, no waiting in the lobby. Brightvet staff were great with her. Very gentle and yet thorough in her physical examination and took our concerns to heart and followed through with the tests we hoped for without simply pushing meds given her sensitive history to them. I can't say enough good things about Bright Vet! My dog tends to get really anxious and a bit feisty during vet visits, but the assistant and doctor were absolutely incredible. The assistant did such a great job easing his anxiety and letting him warm up to her. It made such a difference, and I'm so grateful for their patience and understanding. Highly recommend!
