The service today was one of our twice annual system check ups. The technician was very thorough and professional. The scheduling of the appointment was more complicated than expected as we were told that the appointment would be between eight and ten am. When he was not here by ten we called the office and were told that they have company meetings on Thursday morning and he would be here later. Our question was why schedule an appointment for a time that is already scheduled?
Lee was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs immediately. Our compressor is getting old, and he talked with me about our options to replace the compressor or even replace the whole unit.
