Had to stop in for a quick visit. Alivia is super sweet and personable. She does her job well and with great dignity. I wish more phlebotomists were like her! She makes you feel welcomed and creates a nice atmosphere for her patients.

This is not posting my name correctly but I wanted to leave feedback on my visit today with Alivia. My first and second visits were not satisfactory at all. The order was not read in its entirety and all tests were not performed. My Dr sent me back the second time and I explained this but was met with somewhat of an attitude. Again, not all tests were performed. My Dr tried calling to see what the issue was but could not get them to answer the phone. She called headquarters and it was determined they were not reading the whole order. I went back for my third visit in 3 weeks today and Alivia was working alone. I came 10 minute before the scheduled appointment, was admitted exactly on time.-1 star, because checkin is misleading - it tells you you'll get a text when it's your turn, but in fact I was called in person. So don't trust the system and stay around.
