I am very thankful for Regina and Claudette! I have been running around to Labcorps since 10 a.m., trying to get a drug screen done for work. The one in Clayton couldn't even do a drug test at all because only one person showed up to work. Anyway, I was waiting in the parking lot for the automated text (after checking in) to let me know they were ready. The text never came. They said the system might not have sent it. After waiting for 45 minutes, I went in and Regina let me know that they stopped doing drug tests at 3:30. I was so defeated! Thank goodness for her because she let me in and we got it done! Thanks for saving the day, ladies! :)
I just had a great experience!! I came in as a walk in, checked in with the kiosk , there was one lady in front of me. I waited no longer than 5 min. The ladies working were very nice and welcoming. The lady who drew my blood did an excellent job, didn’t feel a thing !! 10/10 experience and highly recommend.
As a walk-in the check-in was fast, and the phlebotomist got my blood drawn quickly. I did have to wait outside the door which is not fun, but it is in a Walgreens so it was to be expected. I'd say make sure you arrive at least an hour before closing time because of how this place runs.
All in all they were fast, and the setup is obviously lacking. Most low reviews seem to be more or less focused on these two negatives. One star for that is pretty harsh. I feel like the true rating for this location should be more like 3.5. Please note that this is the first time I have been here, so who knows what further experiences will be like.
