I went in for a balayage this week. The stylist was very kind, polite, and spent nearly three hours working on my hair. Unfortunately, the final result was not what I expected. My hair was completely virgin with no previous color treatments, so I’m not sure what went wrong, but I ended up with very noticeable red and orange tones that left me unhappy with the outcome.
After contacting the salon, they promptly arranged for a correction appointment with their District Director, Jamie Foster. The difference was incredible.
