Once again, walked into the store, No one greeted me!! I needed help selecting a foundation, the employee was having a conversation and did not acknowledge my presence!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
Walked in store and 6 or so employees were at the register, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. Not sure if they were training, however, not a good representation of a company if no one acknowledges customers' presence!Will go elsewhere!
I would recommend the salon at Ulta in Beaver Creek Commons. Full service hair salon includes full color bar Redken), braids, blow outs and treatments. I can only speak to my experience with Jamie, Elite Stylist. She is very good at understanding exactly what my hair goal is and achieving it. She also really evaluates and treats the scalp, hair quality and overall hair health which I really appreciate. Jamie has executed my color, cut and blow out every time. I have seen her interact with other customers and she always has a friendly professional approach. Keep an eye on the Ulta app for salon bonus points.
