I can not remember the exact year (maybe 2018?) but I called in Chris for a second opinion about replacing my homes HVAC unit.
I called A local Durham owned company that has a “W” in their name for an annual inspection. I was informed the system had a leak and needed to be completely replaced. I was referred to Chris and called him for a second opinion.
Chris spent 45 minutes going over the AC with a fine tooth comb and sniffer and found no leaks. Despite the unit being a 2004 unit he knew what gasses could be used and after 2 lbs of refrigerant the system was back online. At a very reasonable price for service and parts.... read full review

Every single member of the CMG team is respectful, helpful, and so kind. They are quick to respond to your needs, even when they pop up emergency and they are successful at fixing the issue every time! I can not recommend this company more.

Chris is awesome, he came out same day and stayed for hours until he got my heat up and running. I can't recommend him enough, I won't use anyone else for my heat/air needs. Thanks Chris
