Absolutely the best! We lost water on a Friday evening, called and they had someone come out and diagnose that night, needed new well pump. Figured we would be without water until they could get parts on Monday. Got back home from church after lunch on Sunday and they were wrapping up fixing the well pump. One of them had left vacation early, the other went to early service, they called their supply house and got them to open up on Sunday to get the parts needed to rebuild pump head, came over and got it done. Our well is 825 ft deep with 1" galvanized pipe, so they pulled all that, repaired and had it back in about 3 hours. They went way above and beyond sacrificing their own time off to come help us out. That's what I call service! Nobody can beat these fellas, give them a call, you won't regret it! We are so thankful for Franklin brothers!
