After going to different places and having them telling the same thing me knowing I have a problem, HIS Sam Hamilton was very professional and very thorough in his testing not only he a knowledge I have a problem he showed me my first hearing test from a year ago I did with a colleague of his, and yes my hearing is getting worse. Hamilton not only explained me why my hearing is getting worse he let me call my wife so he can explain her the same without changing anything, not only he talked to the wife but he also let me test the hearing aids and he adjusted it for my needs and let me used them for the remainder of my visit and definitely I need them and I will get them...read full review
As always the staff at Hearing life was courteous and professional. My hearing aids were sent out for repair and I was provided a loner set while I waited for my pair to return. The entire process was made easy and I am back to wearing my original set. I give this organization 5 stars!
As I would love to be apart of your care, I can not. Someone from your business keeps calling me and telling me that you now accept my insurance. Getting my hopes up because I truly need this care. However, I get a phone call later to tell me they are sorry but the do not accept my insurance and will have to cancel the appointment. Please stop calling me if I am not able to be a patient of yours. It is incredibly discouraging. I would love to be but I can't.
