Charged me $666. For a nurse to give me a tetnius shot. Paid in full, then they sent me another bill for $104. I called half a dozen times to dispute this extra charge or at least talk to someone about why the new bill after I paid in full but they never answered, just sent me to voicemail and never returned my calls. They sent me to collections for this "extra" charge. The nurse who gave me the shot literally put the needle in my arm and that was it. The cost for this service must reflect the rising greens fee at the country club.
