First Town Pest Control provided their services during what was a very stressful time dealing with a wasp infestation. They were able to come the same day we called and visited the property many times. I felt reassured they would make sure the root cause was eradicated. Very positive experience here. Driving on the TransCanada I had a tire blow out near Hartland. While a towing company put the temporary spare on for me, I called OK Tire and they told me they could give me a proper tire for the remainder of my long trip. I drove to their shop slowly on the spare. When I got there I asked how their schedule looked for the day and told me they could fit me in almost right away. Thanks to them I was able to get home that evening. Recommended.
Had a manicure. They paid close attention to detail. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the job they do. The staff are friendly, speaking their own language to each other but are able to speak English well to their customers. Their certificates are all displayed in plain sight. I am a repeat customer.

A couple of weeks ago, I was the fifth in line with 4 more vehicles behind me. I arrived at 12:00 noon and at 12:30 I still hadn't moved. The fellow next up got out of his car but couldn't see into the wash bay. He then went and tried all the doors, and all were locked! By the time I got out of there I had spent exactly 55 minutes watching frustrated people!! NOT GOOD business practice period!!
I went to fill my propane tank for the BBQ. The staff get to you quickly(as quick as they can) and take care of you efficiently.
I called this business at about 4:00 on a Friday afternoon from about half hour away, travelling from Newfoundland back to Ontario. Our van had just started being noisy, and based on previous issues, I knew it was not a simple replacement part. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I brought it in, and within a half hour, they had welded up a crack on the cat converter pipe and added support as a temporary fix (no guarantees as to how long it would last). A permanent fix would have taken a lot longer, waiting for parts, and much more labour. The owner was EXTREMELY generous with us, knowing that we were travelling. He even said that he does not take appointments for late on Fridays, knowing that these kind of emergencies usually appear. This shop is very clean, well organized and professional. I highly recommend them, a true gem.
