The worst part about the wash is waiting in the long lines be to get it done. The results are worth it. I do miss the attendant that would give the tougher spots a little pre-scrub. (Like areas on the vehicle where undercoating has seeped up)
The manager was amazing. One of their self serve bays was down, and the machine had difficulties accepting payment. The manager came over and provided a free wash due to the inconvenience.

There shouldan attendant there at all times it's operational.
A couple of weeks ago, I was the fifth in line with 4 more vehicles behind me. I arrived at 12:00 noon and at 12:30 I still hadn't moved. The fellow next up got out of his car but couldn't see into the wash bay. He then went and tried all the doors, and all were locked! By the time I got out of there I had spent exactly 55 minutes watching frustrated people!! NOT GOOD business practice period!!
