Last week I was able to get treatment at Vitality Massage with Michele Arseneault for the first time. It was a fabulous experience! From the moment I entered the calm serene space, I was able to relax and be present for my treatment. Michele listened to what my needs were and validated for me, what I was feeling in terms of pain. I go to Michelle for massage, I always have tightness in my neck and shoulders from my job. She is absolutely the best especially if you enjoy getting your neck and shoulders done. I've been to many different ones and no one does it quite like her. She has so much knowledge. You won't be disappointed no matter what you are seeing her for.
Michele and her staff are professional, conscientious, caring and helpful. I appreciate the wide variety of modalities available and have taken advantage of most. My journey to better health began with Michele 4 years ago, and I’m so grateful! I highly recommend the services at Vitality Massage!
