I liked the option to book services online. The service providers were friendly, adequately skilled and thorough. The environment was almost perfectly clean. The air was not fresh enough. The lighting was adequate. The space needed more accessibility. There are stairs and chairs that are difficult to navigate. The ambient sound/volume was acceptable. The location is too far away from any washroom facilities.The business needs education about people with disabilities. I was treated with an ableist attitude here by more than one employee. Kara fixed my nails after they were totally botched by another salon the day before.She was super friendly and did a great job with what was given to her haha4 stars only because the cost is a bit pricey.
