Very dissappointed. Booked an appointment for a Monday afternoon for my fiance. Got called on Monday morning at 10:30am letting me know the worker wasn't in. They rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon but when my fiance showed up, they said they had no record of the appointment. They set her up with a different technician and the quality was very poor. In addition, my fiance is Vietnamese and she was looking forward to being able to speak her language here but the worker she got was not Vietnamese. It's ok as far as mall nail spa goes but they have a beautiful lady nail Artist Kim if ur looking for that extra bling she will make your nail dreams come true an a mini Mani Pedi paint included basic ...an the lady there wonderful team .they are shot staffed as everywhere is now a days so call way in advance they are swamped for the holidays ...tkz lady's was a great birthday afternoon with the girls ...
