Tanya and everyone at Innovative have been fantastic to deal with over the years. They have installed 4 heat pumps at our rental building in 2021 and since then have sent us annual cleaning reminders, which are greatly appreciated, and patiently accommodate our tenants’ schedules to have the cleanings completed every year. Innovative installed the heat pumps in my house, and I have dealt with them since I moved in at the end of 2022. I've always been more than satisfied. At my last service call, for routine cleaning, technician Moe was evidently competent, incredibly fast and obliging. Recommended without hesitation.

Great job, quick and painless! These gentlemen were polite and efficient. They replaced a few parts under warranty and gave my heat pump a great and well needed cleaning. I so appreciated them calling me to see if I needed and support . Great company to deal with from installation a few years back to a servicing today!! Thank you!!!
