I was greeted within minutes of arriving and provided excellent customer service. The installation was superb! Not only did they do a great job laying the rug into multiple areas seamlessly, there was absolutely no damage to my newly painted walls at all. Even my painter was blown away as he came back expecting her would need to do touch ups. Said it was his first experience with an installer not causing some damage. Highly recommend

Floor Fashions has been wonderful. We were on a time crunch and they were able to complete our job for us. They were super friendly, helpful and did a fabulous job! I will be happy to send any business to them and will be calling them for any work we need in the future!

They were polite about it, but apparently some places don’t like money—called about hiring an installer, and because I bought the tile somewhere else, they wouldn’t consider. Bit disappointing.
