Floor Fashions is a locally owned business that provides excellent service and quality products. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and kind staff, such as Mike and Jeff, who help choose the best options and handle repairs professionally. The installers are efficient and responsive, ensuring satisfaction with projects like new flooring and repairs. Many recommend Floor Fashions for their outstanding customer care and quality work.
They were polite about it, but apparently some places don’t like money—called about hiring an installer, and because I bought the tile somewhere else, they wouldn’t consider. Bit disappointing.
From the moment we walked and were met by Mike we were taken care of. He helped us pick out what was best for our area and gave us the best price. The installers were kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. We love our carpeted basement. I highly recommend this company. Bonus that it is a locally owned company.
I would like to take the time to thank Floor Fashions, in particular their employee Jeff who did an outstanding job repairing our flooring to no fault of Floor Fashions. Jeff was very professional kind and a pleasure to talk to. Merry Christmas
