On Wednesday, November 24th, I went into B&N Flooring not having a clue what I wanted paint wise.. a lady named Krista had greeted me and helped me tremendously. I recently started a new job and was asked to describe a time where I had good customer service. I had used my meeting with her on that day.. I had said, "I hope that I can make my clients feel as good as she had made me feel that day". Lol, I still have the paint choices Krista had suggested on my wall. When I finally make my decision I hope that I have the pleasure of dealing with Krista again. Thank you for being as wonderful as you are.
Meghan is extremely nice and helped me pick out the perfect paint colour. She is very knowledgeable and has a great design taste. The business looks beautiful inside. Will definitely be back.
