went in today for my daughter, she was getting her ears pierced and I certainly felt like she was in very capable hands!! they did a wonderful and quick job and we're very friendly service.

I had the absolute best experience at the Salon last week. Andrea White did my pedi and literally had my sister and I in tears we laughed so hard. Lily did my nails and she was equally as wonderful. Thank you for making my day!

I had a scheduling mishap with E5. Sarah, the manager, rectified the situation promptly and courteously. I went on to have a great experience with Joseph, hair artist.
He was interested in what I wanted and took the time to look at an inspiration photo, matched the colour without damaging my hair, and gave a whole spa experience (scalp massage, scented spritz, etc.) He styled my hair beautifully.
I am happy with the customer service and the issue was resolved.
