I needed a four wheel alignment and a MVI on my 2011 BMW 328i. I had great service from the garage previous owner. I asked to have the suspension checked beforehand for any issues before doing the alignment. I was assured that all was good and was given a new MVI. A couple of weeks later while rotating my tires I discover a lot of play at the front right wheel. I discovered that the bushings in two lower control arms were worn out along with a sway bar link a front wheel bearing. I took the car to a trusted mechanic and he replaced the parts. When he went to do the alignment he found the four rear eccentric bolts for adjusting the camber and toe were seized. 1. How could Better Steering have performed a four wheel alignment with seized eccentric bolts? 2. How did the car ever pass MVI?
