I have nothing but great things to say! Needed rocker panels replaced to pass MVI, Crowes was able to get me in a month earlier than anywhere else and I was quoted slightly less. They were super friendly on the phone booking the appointment and even nicer in person when I dropped it off. When I picked it up they let me know that they had also fixed my fender (has been popping out and flapping for over 2 years, was quoted over $1200 by Toyota in order to fix it so I've just left it and dealt with it for years) and it was only a $60 fix! I sent my car for front bumper repair. Though they did good in replacing the front bumper with new/used one and the rear camera is no longer working as it displayed blank. I went back for it to be checked and they said it was working in the morning prior to my collection of the car. I went to another mechanic only to conclude that the camera is indeed no longer working and it's not due to the accident happened with the car. It might be just a coincidence but it really was working fine before I sent for repair.
I had just gotten my kia back today, needed some repairs and inspection. They were very honest and straight forward and friendly. It was probably the easiest interaction I’ve had at a repair shop so far. They will not make you spend money/replace parts that don’t need fixing and i appreciate that as the previous “best garage in the city” tried to take me for almost 2000$ for something that was in perfectly fine condition. I will be going back and will recommend! Great work guys. Thank you!
