I had Stephane check out my air exchanger last year and he made a few recommendations. I was afraid I would have to spend a lot of money to change the unit, but I was able to keep the old one and just use it more efficiently. When I was having problems with my bathroom fan, I called Stephane and once again he saved me money by making good suggestions. Eco Picot recently installed a new air exchange system in my house. Before the install he came over and explained the how the old system was set up and how I may want to change it for the new system. He gave me different price point options. Very happy with the install. The team did an amazing job. Thoroughly explained the new system. Were very courteous and left everything spotless. The service was top notch and pricing extremely fair. A+++
