Bo and the 2 other gentlemen that performed my ductless mini-split installation at my home was just fantastic.I just want to state how happy I was with the job Bo and the 2 other gentlemen did with the installation. They designed and created exactly what I requested. Wanted to thank Ultra Air for saving me a thousand dollars yesterday. They determined a part I needed to replace was under warranty and arranged for me to pick it up (I did the work myself) for no charge. I was ready to spend whatever it took to get my furnace working again, but thanks to their knowledge they saved me a substantial sum.Thanks!

My first time experience with this service provider, I inquired about maintenance service & fee and booked the service. One week later the service was performed as requested on my heat pump & air exchange system by a personable tech.The invoice received however was inflated over quoted fee that I’d written down at time of my booking. Company representative on the phone attempted to justify the increased billing suggesting the technician performed more services than what I had requested.
