Darren Campbell did an amazing job, and we truly appreciated his hard work. We were very impressed by how quickly he worked and how confident, knowledgeable, and thorough he was.
Before contacting Bob’s Heating and Cooling, we had a bad experience with another company. They repaired the issue, but it broke again within a few days. We also waited two weeks after requesting a quote and never received a response.
Then Darren came, quickly identified the problem, and had everything fixed within two days. We are extremely happy with the service and truly appreciate everything he did. We will definitely recommend Bob’s Heating and Cooling to others!

Honestly can't describe how positive this experience, from booking with Maria to the service itself. I had all three of my indoor and outdoor units cleaned and Brody was excellent, friendly and efficient. I needed follow up service and a technician named Darren came out who instantly diagnosed my issue with one of my units and quickly went to get the parts and resolve the issue that same day. Excellent experience, highly recommend.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The installation technicians were punctual, cleaned up the work area and very accommodating to our situation as well.
