“I was using a different nail salon and had painful ingrown toenails that I started getting after using said salon for 5+ years. If you’ve ever had one, you know it can be excruciating. I had some things come up with family medical issues that didn’t allow time for nails. During that 8-10 months, I had started cutting my nails and things were getting better but I still had trouble. I mentioned to someone how my toenails were keeping me from sleeping on my back without tilting my feet left or right, so the sheet didn’t rest on my toes. This friend had experienced the same problem and told me to go see Lynn at TIPS & TOES. She had stopped him from having them. I called and scheduled an appointment. She used the cuticle trimmers to remove dry (dead ?) skin and DID NOT cut a triangle wedge out of my toenail. Instant relief! Again, at 48, I had never had ingrown nails until before. Not only did Lynn help me so my big toe nails grew out, she was thorough in her profession and didn’t rushed to get to the next client. The prices are very fair when everyone is going up and trying to see move clients. I challenge you to notice other salons around town and the lack of traffic at them. T & T is always busy with 24 technicians for a reason! Lastly, great customer service where you are always greeted at the door and promptly taken care of.“

“I needed a wax and my partner wanted us to get massages while traveling. We came across Hetep via a Google search and I'm so glad we found this spa! We were able to get appointments for both services within 24 hours. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. The receptionist greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour of the spa. Kisha completed my wax service quickly and efficiently. She made it as painless as possible. She was also very warm, friendly, and professional. Kisha also did an awesome job on my massage. I was totally relaxed (to the point of falling asleep) and I felt so refreshed after my massage! My partner felt the same!

“I’ve been looking for the right nail spot out here for 2 years and finally found it. Never leaving. Their volcano pedi is best pedi I’ve ever had with hot stones. Steam opens pores if you get ingrown hairs or have spots on your legs from shaving. They rub honey an oranges on your legs with a scrub which gives it an amazing glow. Their techs aren’t scared to do certain designs or styles like an embre French manicure. Other places I’ve gone to don’t know how to do that. Everything smelled and felt amazing. This isn’t a place that rushes you to get in and out. Calling for an appointment in advance is recommended if you don’t want a wait because they are the best place in Columbus so they’re popular. This is my new spot to relax and prioritize self care. I always request Anna. Best nail spot, period. 💅🏻“

“Soyoung rescued my hair from the horrible haircut I had gotten done at a local Cuts by Us. I needed simple haircuts done for my kids and figured I would just get a quick haircut for myself while we were all at Cuts by Us. That was a horrible mistake. I just asked for some layers for myself and just simple haircuts for my kids as well and it truly looked like my kids took their scissors to all of our hair it was so uneven, choppy, and terrible. A friend recommended Soyoung and she was able to squeeze me in for a haircut. She worked her magic and my hair was back to looking like it should have from the beginning. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures to show you what she had to work with. The atmosphere and conversation were friendly and the haircut was worth every penny. Highly recommend!“

She's able to match photos incredibly well, and even adjust the length while staying true to the design, as I work a lot with my hands and prefer to keep my nails on the shorter side. All the staff are super friendly and funny, and while I was a little scared getting my nails done at a salon in the south as a guy, I felt so welcome that I came back with my fiancée and had him meet the artist that did my nails when we got engaged.“
