“Enza is just the best salon. I come here every 3 weeks on the dot and will never go anywhere else! It was hard to even find a place that provides my preferred service (polygel AKA hybrid gel AKA tap gel), so it’s great that they offer it for a very reasonable price. My favorite nail tech is Will. He pays such close attention to detail and always makes my manicures PERFECT — not too thick, perfect shape and filing, and is even skilled at painting detailed designs. I especially appreciate how patience the technicians are. There are a lot of times I come in feeling indecisive about what color I want, and they’ve always been patient and understanding if I want to test two colors to help me decide. I get pedicures from My and she is always so sweet and warm and gives great foot massages.
Enza also has top tier customer service and goes above and beyond for their clients. There have been occasions where I had to come back for a color change when I changed my mind, and they squeezed me in super last minute before my flight out of town. And if an appointment is running late, they always make sure to call or text you in advance, so I really appreciate that proactive communication. Bonus points because the staff are friendly and welcoming, they play good music, and they have like 5 billion colors of polish so I can always find what I want. Best nail salon ever!”
