I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience having my facial with Emily! It was my first time having a facial and she walked me through everything, making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about what she was going to be doing! I just got a mani/pedi at Plum and I couldn't recommend this place enough! The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable, the place is clean and organized, I can tell they all take cleanliness and professionalism very seriously. I especially loved being able to effectively communicate with my manicurist! Em was amazing and I'll definitely be back. Also the manicure and pedicure both were perfect.
