“We spent 2 years researching builders in the Bitterroot Valley. We reviewed websites, online reviews, and if possible, tried to go to open houses of previous homes they had built. We had it narrowed down to 2-3 builders and what sealed it for us was the level of detail and pictures that Big Sky Builders had on their website. The level of detail and watching the projects go from an empty lot or field to the finished home were amazing. We reviewed almost all the projects on their website, and they were very consistent in how projects were developed and completed. We had a positive experience with every step of our project with Caleb, Casey, and Julie. Casey was very patient and educated us on various choices of building materials and design. Big Sky Builders uses a very comprehensive and detailed online program to help the homeowner keep track of the progress of their construction timeline. We have built a couple of other homes, and our experience wasn’t even close to what we had with Caleb and Casey. All projects will have some level of issues, but Casey and Caleb did a great job of helping us navigate those. Our project was done on time, high quality, and within our budget, these are all things that usually are unheard of in the home construction process. We would highly recommend Casey and Caleb to build your home.“

“We had Turnkey Construction build our home in Stevensville. This was not our first build as our previous home was a custom home as well 16 years prior which was a Missoula company. WOW what a different experience. Brad and Nancy were very responsive and approachable. Brad ended up taking our list of wants, example floor plans, and designed our house based on our requests. Unlike our previous experience this project felt like a partnership, with Brad and Nancy helping guide us along the way. We had a bunch of our own ideas and thoughts about what we wanted. Brad and Nancy made suggestions and recommendations along the way to insure we were getting what we envisioned. Never did we feel pressured or that the project was being rushed. At every step Brad would ask us to review what work had been done, and then talk about the next step in case a change was needed. This gave us the chance to review any potential adjustments PRIOR to needing a big change order. We can't thank them enough for the attention to detail and receptiveness to questions and ideas. Build quality was top notch, attention to detail was outstanding, cost to build was super competitive, the heating in the floor with broiler is a game changer! Oh and the biggest deal, Brad and Nancy came in on budget just like they said they would.?“

“Scott and his crew did a great job on my bathroom project. Removing an old cast iron bathtub and vanity and replacing with a low threshold walk-in shower and vanity. Given that this is an older house where the walls are not square or plumb the results were fantastic. He showed up every day on time even working on a Saturday to complete the job, on time and under budget. He will be the first one I call for any future projects.“

“WOW!! I called today to get some road base for my chicken coop, and the gal I talked to on the phone was super nice, and extremely helpful. I made the order for delivery, and she said she would try to get someone to deliver it today, but all trucks were on different jobs and they were closing early for a company get together. I fully anticipated the delivery to come on Monday, but she called me back a few minutes later and said a truck would be delivering within a couple of hours.

The driver called when he was almost to my house to ask where I’d like him to put the road base. He arrived, dumped the road base exactly where I asked and was very kind as well. This was all around a great experience (and their prices are affordable!) and we will definitely be coming back.“
