He suggested some approaches that I never would have considered and demonstrated excellent knowledge of proper construction practices. The crew was on site for several weeks and completed a number of significant projects rapidly and with great craftsmanship. These guys work fast and yet they will not cut corners. A shout out to Curtis who led the on-site activities. He was professional, personable, and very accomodating. It's obvious from the communication, workmanship quality, and timeliness, that Zachary understands the big picture of running a successful construction company. He prioritizes customer satisfaction and the comfort that created for me resulted in a very low stress process which isn't always the case when undertaking such projects. “We ended up paying another contractor $7500 to fix his subcontractors mess. He was supposed to take care of the bill (because we had already paid him in full) and stopped answering the phone and emails. We were left holding the bag to pay the new vendor that fixed it or he would lien us, and were out all that money. “We hired Saddle Mountain Construction to do a partial basement remodel in order to create more rooms. His crew did an amazing job. We found Ryan and our foreman, Austin, to be extremely professional and easy to work with. When we encountered pre-existing issues with our home, they worked quickly to address them and keep the project on schedule, as well as within the quoted cost. Both Ryan and Austin were very communicative and pleasant to interact with, and the quality of the work is fantastic. We would hire Saddle Mountain Construction again in a heartbeat.“
“Another fine experience working with Jared and his crews. Had to divert water from rain gutter pooling around sidewalk and foundation to a drainage area across the driveway. They came up with a plan that spared my lawn and landscaping. Everything looks great with the concrete driveway and the drainage pipe running under it. Also used Jared back in 2010 for a new roof and a new back porch with roof. He still has a picture of the porch in his photo gallery , it all still looks great .
