    Alex is super kind and very straight forward. Was very honest that the $40 is a flat diagnostic fee because it takes his time up to even get in the tv to diagnose the issue. It also acts as a kind of deposit downpayment. He subtracts the $40 from the total fix if the issue is fixable. In total, paid $120 to get my tv fixed which is way cheaper than buying new, and also cheaper than the repair service through Best Buy. The turn around isn't super quick, but he works alone and is semi retired, so for me the wait is a non issue.

    Awesome people. Extremely nice and helpful. They fixed the power board in our 65" tv for $150, which is like a million times cheaper than just buying a replacement. I was so happy to see that there are still knowledgeable repairmen out there instead of this throwaway culture we have right now

    Took 43" TV and money down, waited 2 weeks called him, he ordered wrong parts, waited another 3 weeks finally called him again, told me be done the next day. Following day calls me says he can't get the screen off w out breaking it. How did he even know in first place what parts to order if he didn't take the screen off? Hung up on him. Never do business with him again. Lost my TV and money

    We were at our last nerve with Best Buy. They put me on hold not knowing if I could even talk. Hold one time today for 10 min which I did not do. Called again and the said their system was down. I looked up Warrenty TV. Talked to the young man for one minute. He walked me thru what I had to do and WOW I did what he said and TV is perfect. There are still good people in Missoula. This young man was a God send for us elderly. Will not ever call Best Buy again!!!!!

    Alex is the.most knowledgable, honest, concietious and reasonable repair person we have dealt with in all our years of RVing. The door would not open on our microwave/convection oven in our 2006 Monaco RV. We contacted Alex by phone & explained our dilemma. He said he could take a look at it if we stopped at his shop as we were on our way to Hamilton. He diagnosed the problem, searched to locate a replacement part, and contacted us once he received it. He was very accommodating, due to our travel schedule, in arranging a convenient time to complete the repair. Hurray, I can cook again in the microwave! Highly recommend this gentleman, he will not waste your time or money.

    Russ is the owner and he bends over backwards to fix your problem, be it TV or in our case, a disabled microwave. He solved the problem quickly, found and ordered a part for our 14 year old Monaco, and had us back on the road with very little cost to us. Kudos for a great guy.
