Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication from my first email was spot on and timely. He takes the approach of an educator and make sure you understand what he's doing and why. He's a genuinely nice person who is someone who wants to help others at his heart. Highly recommend and my experience with him was awesome!

The last time I had a computer issue it was a HASSLE! I have hired Daniel at Techworks a few times over the years, and I always appreciate the assistance. Yesterday my laptop would not boot. It was a bizarre situation that had been brewing for months with glitches I knew needed to be addressed. But when I took it into his office and was able to boot it, I could not replicate the problem in his office. Nonetheless, he troubleshot the issue successfully, and I'm back in business, without the lingering symptoms that led me to yesterday's issue. I appreciate that he not only does repairs, but also educates customers, enabling their own self-sufficiency in future problem solving.
