What a disappointment! We purchased a new commercial front door for almost $3000 just over a year ago and have been having some problems with it lately. When I called TC Glass today to see if they could fix it I was told blankly that they don't service doors anymore and to call someone else (she recommended Garden City Glass). Ironically, TC Glass does have a service team that can repair doors, but only if they are under warranty. Sadly for us, we are just out of warranty by a few months so we are sol. So 'BUYER BEWARE," you can spend thousands of dollars with these folks and you will be on your own when you have a problem.

They have struggled for over a month to get 2 handicap accessible button to respond and open the doors for a healthcare facility. Now it is completely not working and they scheduled a service person for more than a week after the doors went down. Poor response to a healthcare facility.
